Jillian Richardson Briscoe’s Spring Break Athletic camp

A week (Mar 14-18th, 2023) to bring out the true Athlete through specified workouts, tailor-made with an emphasis on speed, endurance

Objective:

  • help teach speed & endurance
  • teach correct running form
  • learn starting techniques
  • learn relaxation techniques

Outcomes:

Relaxation techniques

  • Taught through personal motivational stories
  • Groups session discussion
  • Will coordinate with the current coach if(any), summer's workouts and track meet.

Emphasis on running

  • A’s + B’s (Mach exercises)

Speed and endurance

  • like-minded peers - Running workouts
  • Motivational and nutritional talks

Location:

  • York university:    10:00 am-1:00 pm
  • Cassle Campbell 1050 Sandlewood Pkwy.west:    3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
