Date: March 23rd – April 2nd

Objective:

To help improve, influence and increase an Athlete’s skill

  • Renew your love of track
  • Improve speed + endurance
  • Kickstart the upcoming season
  • Learn relaxation techniques
  • Learn specified skills & drills to improve 400m

Program:

2 sessions /day

Session 1: 9:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m

Session 2: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m

  • Group speed & endurance workouts

  • Plyometrics
  • Medicine ball
  • Trail runs
  • Stairs
  • Jillian’s Relaxation techniques
